The worst store EVER. Not only do they not stand behind their products but the Geek Squad couldn't even test a laptop charger. Said they had to send it out. Don't waste your time.
If I could give a -0 I would .. on 3/10 I went to the store to purchase a washer and dryer .. found a perfect deal ! Told the associate to pull the item from the floor so I can pay for it the next day .. went back next day it was still on the floor ... long story short purchased the set was having it delivered today 3/14 called the day before to confirm so we did ... well no call no show online it still showed on time ... spoke to the manager was very understanding but still can’t be done today after loosing work to be home ... read more
Terrible customer service. Managers attitude sucks! Will be finding somewhere else to buy electronics.
Security guy is a joke there is no need to hide behind a display to watch people looking at washers and dryers. than when he got busted being a complete creeper started opening and closing every washer and dryer to make it look like he was looking for something. Than the workers segregate themselves into groups talking to each other rather than helping customers. Than there’s those workers come to help you in a department they know nothing about.
The policy for service needs to be revamped to focus on the customer.
Bought lap top n printer was asked about a warranty on it I said sure the year later I go to use the warranty and they put it on the $60 printer really who puts Insurance on a $60 printer and now they'll do nothing to help me I'm out $1,000 now and my daughter has no laptop to go to school with Best Buy sucks
Very helpful with set up of new laptop, as well as with advising the day before on the phone regarding the purchase online. Thank you.
