My brother bought a brand new tv and sound system there on Monday Tuesday the speaker fell off the top mount and hit the tv screen broke... The so called warranty that I quote the best buy associate saying it will cover anything even being hit by a Wii controller. After searching for guitar hero III that connects to play station II and not finding it at several stores, Best Buy had it. We were in the store and out within about 6 minutes. Their customer service was fast and friendly, and the price was great.
