My brother bought a brand new tv and sound system there on Monday Tuesday the speaker fell off the top mount and hit the tv screen broke... The so called warranty that I quote the best buy associate saying it will cover anything even being hit by a Wii controller. He takes it back on Wednesday and they tell him to go take a hike that extra warranty he bought covers nothing like he was told 2 days eariler.
