I understand the need to stay safe but this location has taken it to a ridiculous level. Also, there is one sign that reads “Yes, we’re open!” and on the other door it reads “Sorry. This store is closed.” Sending confusing messages is not helping. Pick one and go with it. Speaking of confusing, I tried, really tried to find what I was looking for by shopping your store location on the website but I could not understand if it was in stock for pick up or what. I buy a lot of stuff from Best Buy but am done working with this store. The "supervisors" are either not empowered or just not willing to help to resolve customer complaints and the General Manager will never return a call or email. I ended up reaching out to the corporate office via a BBB complaint and they supposedly spoke with the store who lied to them about their response when I was in the store with a complaint. My mom went to buy headphones for her trip. The salesman was trying to talk her into a Bose headphones. When she said she couldn’t afford 300 dollar headphones he walked off got someone else to help her
Update: *they ended up working hard to make sure the dishwasher came after I finally was able to get in touch with a manager.* Dishwasher order in October still not here in December! Delivery has been scheduled and cancelled 3 times! Managers won’t talk to me when I call. I waited 1 1/2 hours the other day and tried at 8 am this morning. Again, manager was too busy to talk to me. At 8 am.
Worst service ever. Paid for installation and setup of TWO TV's and "video device setup" last February. 9 months later still fighting to get service (TVs hung on wall, no device setup AND they want charge me another $99!)
Damon was awesome helping me buy my 65" Vizio. Ended up getting it for no interest for 24 months! Undecided on the mount still. Damon was super nice and helpful!
I am rating Sam at the American Fork, Utah store as 5/5! She is the best, most happy, helpful and knowledgeable there! She went out of her way to help us! Thank you!!!
