Pitiful. I'm mad I had to select a star at all! Do NOT go here! Waste of time, nobody will help you or acknowledge your presence when goofing off or nowhere in site for 30 minutes. So much for sacrificing my sleep to get Childs Christmas present and then go right back into work tonight! They couldn't even help two gentlemen get a monitor down from shelf. Pathetic. So disappointed....
If I could give them 0 I would. They have the rudest employees and managers! This year was my first and last time going to the Black Friday sale. I will no longer be shopping at Best Buy!!!
Why can't you answer your phone??? Was on hold 20 minutes when a woman answered and told me she was the only person at this call center and she was answering for 4 stores. Really Best Buy?? All that money and you can't have your stores answer their own calls? Ridiculous
They never answer their phone. Google "Best buy never answers phone" and you will see what I am talking about. I spoke to corporate about it and they told me that your store amongst many many others fail to answer phones. They get complaints about it all day every day, but also fail to correct the issues. All I can say is "You guys suck!"
This is the work they did. Wires everywhere, not run in the factory trough, unprotected, wire chaffed through a hole they made and they didn't use a grommet while running the wire underneath the vehicle. They also sold me a huge amp which I didn't need for the subwoofers I had, huge waste of money. Worst install I've seen from a "professional" installer". Went to Music Express and they were happy to fix this mess.
The internet was down in the store! It was the scariest place to be when that happened!!! I love Best Buy anyway!
I GOT A T.V. FROM THIS STORE FOR CHRISTMAS WHEN WE PLUGGED IT UP, IT HAD LINES IN IT, TO MAKE A LONG STORT SHORT, THEY BLAMED ME AND,WOULD NIT EXCEPT THE T.V. BACK, SO I HAD TO BUY ANOTHER ONE... PEOPLE WAS TELLING ME BEFORE I WENT HERE TO GO TO WALMART, BUT I CAME HERE... KEEP IN MIND, I DROVE ABOUT 60 MILES JUST TO SPEND MONEY HERE... I WILL NEVER, EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE AGAIN AND MAYBE NEVER, EVER FROM BEST BUY AGAIN EITHER...
Excellent experience every time, and you don't necessarily have to be a quantum physicist to appreciate the "Quantum Dot" technology marketed in the Smart Media Interfaces (TVs) here. The staff and environment present in a consistent predictable reasonable manner each instance, helping making this still one of the best brick-and-mortar trade centers in the cosmos.
