I have sat on hold several times to get an update on my order which is already paid for. No one, I mean no one would help me or return to the phone as if I'm being avoided. DONT DO BUSINESS HERE! I wish i could complain to someone,,, But they wont give me anyone to speak with.

I went in to get an adapter for my sound system, they told me I had to wear a mask I told them I cant because of health issues, The lady at the door informed me that nobody will help me then, so I went in to find what I needed by myself and talk to two staff members that told me they cant talk to me unless I have a mask on , I was at least 15 feet away and I asked them if they could at least tell me where the spot is so I can find it myself, they refused to help me and said they cant help me because Im not wearing a mask, I ... read more

You have a worker at the Hammond La store who like to treat customers like garbage. She is so nasty that I will not be buying anything from best buy again. she has acted this way on two occasions. I will be destroying my card. Best Buy needs to retrain some of your staff. I was there on December 21, 2019. Terrible customer service. Her name starts with a B and I tried to return something with a warranty. She refused to help me.

The store is great. The fact you are connected to a call center when you call instead of a store is horrid.

Just FYI even though we were not told about their shady return policy and they couldn’t even show me where the policy was, but you can’t return already broken TVs. So when they check the tv make sure they take it out of the plastic ALL the way and make them plug it up or you will be out whatever money you spent on said tv! Also when asked to talk to someone above who I was talking to I was told to call 1-800- Best Buy, which isn’t true. So unless you like getting treated like crap DO NOT buy from this Best Buy
