The purchase was good, but it is the after that is the worst! Bought a Frigidaire refrigerator, and Best Buy Installed it. They had to borrow my tools to install my water line. 6 wks later, I have a water damaged hardwood flooring. A 4" buckle in my floor. Get a claim # from Best Buy. 15+ calls later and 3 weeks, no one has come to fix my floor, my refrigerator is in the middle of my floor.
