Geek Squad Tech was rude & the lines were confusing. I ended up leaving without the item I intended on purchasing.
By providing REAL customer service. Our 14 yr old son bought a refurbished phone at BB in December. 6 months late it was not working. Took it to Apple store and it has quite a history prior to our purchase ~ (water damage and 3rd party display) My son (that saved his $$) was basically sold a "broken" or substandard refurbished phone at Best Buy and we cannot get any answers because every department there points to another department to get any kind of information/help! VERY VERY FRUSTRATING! They've lost our business! :(
We were sold a shoddy refurbished iPhone that quit connecting to cell towers after just 6 months. After going to AT&T and Apple stores, discovered the refurbished phone was repaired with non-Apple components and had a checkered damage history that included water damage. We've tried getting help from the store manager and was told they couldn't do anything and to contact the 800 number. Went in for an external hard drive an hour before closing, walked out with a brand new computer thanks to Xavier (and my husband lol). He was such a great help with everything and was so knowledgable yet educated me in such a way that was easy to understand as I’m not tech-savvy at all. Such a great person! The other employees walking by were also very friendly and helpful.
