I was inquiring about the new Nintendo switch console with one of the clerks, hoping I could find one in time for my son's birthday. He checked the system and noticed thay they were showing 3 in their stock. The poor guy spent the next 20 minutes trying to find them, thinking the workers were hiding them. This is a rating specifically for an employee, not necessarily the entire store. An employee in electronics, Scott, has been so informative and so helpful over the multiple times I've visited the store and purchased items that I continue to choose to shop here over shopping online. If you visit the store looking for honest opinions and helpful advice concerning electronics, ask for Scott, great guy.
I purchased a Microsoft office download card for my new laptop, and promptly went home to install it. When I scratched off the silver stuff on the back of the card, some of the numbers were subsequently removed. I read plenty of online reviews about how difficult it is to return an item like this, and was very worried. Decided to add a stereo system in my truck and worked with Bryce, the install guy. Very smart dude. I cannot wait until I can have my own mini concert in my truck.
I picked up a gift purchased for me in another state 20 min after their transaction was complete..in out done! Got a stove for Christmas, called to see if I would like to have it delivered sooner as there schedule would allow it..delivered hooked up and done...ordeded numerous items on line at chrismas for store pick up all transactions were done witbout issue...have had nothing but excellent experiences at this BB Location...
Really disappointed at the best buy on Princess Anne Rd. in Virginia Beach. The employee picked out a pair of headpones from an entire display of 6. Told me they were on sale only to find out that they were not and refused to honor the price. Will not be returning.
The store was nice , clean . The associates were friendly and trying to help . Not one past without asking if I needed help . As my wife put it I was in the mothership . I typically visit best buy weekly at home.
