Great website so you can figure out what you want. Almost impossible to find any specific in store, demo models not labeled. Very helpful staff.Too many restrictions on price match guarantee to be of any use.
We were in the store on 11/03/2017. Joseph (Joey) was so helpful when we decided to buy new iPhones. He helped get them set up, put screen protectors on them, put the cases on them. We want his supervisor to know what a great customer service experience we had thanks to Joseph. Thank you!!!
Never will i shop at this store delivery failed delivery driver contacted me and said they would wait for me to get home about 15 min since they have a 15 min window and they did not. they didnt deliver my appliances i had nothing at home and they dont care they said wait till next week and i bet they were around the corner... do not buy stuff there shop else were jcpenney has price match also and their customer service is great also they are giving up to 500 in appliances credits if you buy there lowes and home depot also h... read more
The young man in the Geek Squad section was helping an older couple get their computer set up, while I was waiting for my appointment time...he was super patient with them and helped them with everything they needed. My experience at this store has always been great.
Typical best buy today. Late on delivering merchandise as usuall!!! Hadn't shopped at this company in ten years, should've never went back!!
