I went to the Best Buy in Northglenn, CO and purchased a TV over two weeks ago, paid for it, the delivery and the installation. Delivery day was today and we received a call @9:00 am the day of stating they did not have the item we ordered at the warehouse- the manufacturer was delayed in shipping. RecommendedI had major issues with my online appliance order and Angel, the Appliance Manager, went out of his way to help me for two days to get my order figured out. It was a pleasure working with him and I knew that when he said he would call me back he would. Thank you, Thank you!!
ordered a game console online for pickup today ans between the time I ordered and went to pick up they sold my order! and to top it all off WOULD NOT give me a cash refund so I'm out of the game plus the 326$ until my bank refunds it. The manager could have cared less that I am out the money until a refund is done.
The manager informed me that their mask policy had changed overnight. Corporate. Corporate said the policy hadn't changed. He lied.

a see a sharp tv 50" for $209.00 when at the one at 104 thorthon co and i see,talk to one of sales person on the floor about that same price and he say 209 + tax,wow when i reach home and look at my card spending i see 260 ++ ,when i went back to see what hell going on,a customer service rep try to tell me that i got the wrong tv,such jokers they are,i told her i am taking back the tv and i am going to see a manager
The Geek Squad here is poorly managed. I received many emails to arrive early and the installer isn’t here and nobody bothered to call. Not happy when you take the morning off.
If you order an item for in store pick up you should have it ready to go when it says it’s ready, when a customer comes in and you can’t find it or say it’s not ready instead of telling them it’s not your problem and you can’t help them you should do a little bit more and provide the item called customer service that Best Buy USED to provide. Needless to say we will put our money into another Best Buy instead of one with an attitude problem towards customers regardless of how busy they are for the holiday.
