Good afternoon two weeks ago buy an iPhone 7 in your store. The girl who sold me assured me that the cell phone was unlocked! As it turns out that the phone is blocked and I can not use it in Colombia. Thank you for responding to this problem. Starting with my first call 6 weeks ago and until I picked up my computer up at BEST BUY yesterday. They all have excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE skills. And of couse the work was excellent also. 5 STAR
