My experience was very satisfying! I found All items that I needed and the service was Excellent!
Just left the Best Buy by the Loop in kissimmee. I had the WORST service by the GM Juan Torres. He was absolutely no help and just put me on the phone to talk to customer service! As a manager myself I deal with guest issues daily and never do I treat people with such disregard like he did. What a sorry excuse for a manager! I will be contacting his district manager. The Geek Squad supervisor Jamie did more for us than the actual GM. Thank you Jamie for stepping in!
