This Best Buy geek squad is a joke. They don’t listen to your issue and are the most condescending employees I’ve ever dealt with. Once you finally find an employee that will listen to you they told me that they would have to charge me to send in a RECALLED product. Apple considering them a service provider is the biggest joke of all. Will have to second guess going in any Best Buy after my experience at this store.
