Took my son in to exchange a gift from his grandmother in Texas, he had a little money leftover that I told him there would be store credit for a future purchase. Store associate didn't even ask, just put the money back on the original card from Texas! I told him no, I wanted store credit and was told that wasn't an option. Called customer service and was told Bestbuy didn't do gift cards for returns. At Christmas?! Bad service and sad kiddo. Boo!
