The Black Friday manager on duty was misleading customers. When his mistake was pointed out to him, all he could say he was sorry I felt that way. Funny, he’s sorry I pointed out he was deceiving customers. He also refused to make any adjustments to the products on the shelves to prevent the issue recurring with more customers. I made two appointments to get my stereo installed. I drove there twice only to find out the harness wasn't in yet. They failed to order it the first time, and never picked it up from another location the second time.
WARNING to ALL about I-95 Trucking, LLC, which is the installer Best Buy sends to your home when your purchase an appliance (Best Buy is definitely cutting the corner here with this hire). Again a warning about the appliance installation company that Best Buy uses- a warning to not trust or allow them in your home (I-95 Trucking, LLC). They cannot be trusted and the owner and his crew are extremely unprofessional and untrustworthy. The job was not done right and my home was damaged. A WARNING TO ALL!!!
I had a great experience when I had to return our Samsung note 7 phones. They took everything back including the accessories.
