Horrible customer service. Impossible to reach someone for help. If I could give negative stars I would!
BestBuy is like a necessary evil. They typically have the items you want, but are just not fun to deal with. And their covid response is just so dumb. Stopped at door, ask what I am looking for. I know the exact item and even where it is located. I am asked for name, phone # and put into a queue to speak with a Pro in that department. Then told I can enter and goto that department and wait for the sales person. I just want to get the item.
Do not offer iPhone cases. Called to ask if they had them. They said yes several options. I went i they had nothing. Shelves completely empty. Definitely having a restocking issue. Don’t go there looking for a phone case
I called ahead to check on 3 different laptop models, the rep who had to check the availability of the 3 reluctantly said yes he would check, set the phone down for about 20 seconds and said yea we got all 3 here n hung up. I arrive only to find out that of the 60 display models, nearly none were in stock, just the $1400 laptops. No open box sales, no clearance, no displays for sale. worst customer service and they don't honor protection plans.
We bought our Samsung Dishwasher here in October 2017. We were told by our repairman that it's beyond repair and the best thing to do is get a new one. We've only had it TWO years!! My husband went in today to see what they could do for us (maybe give us some money off since it's basically new) and was told that they have some great Black Friday Sales going on. That's it! Try talking to someone at a store. They tout excellent service, yet it is very difficult to speak to someone. It's either an automation or you are directed to a national call center.
We purchased a washer/dryer from this store. Took 6 days for delivery. When the appliances were installed the dryer did not even turn on. The delivery company left it with the promise that the store would call first thing in the morning to arrange an exchange. No call. When I finally called them I was placed on hold for 30 minutes with another promise that I would be called right back. Two hours later still no call back and a non-working appliance is still sitting in my house with no attempt at a resolution. How is this an a... read more
It would of got 5 stars if they didnt leave a metal ladder out in the way of their dvds. 3 employees had walked by and didnt do anything about it!!!! I guess they want someone to get hurt and sued!!!
