RecommendedPROS 🙂- Took my iPhone XR in for a rear camera replacement. Apple set up the appointment. The repair went great! Only took about 90 minutes and they called men once done. CONS😤😠- Check-in process was slightly tedious, the big negative for me is that the took off my screen protector and it was trashed. Why take it off at all for this type of repair??? The curbside pickup is a nice thought and everything, but 6 feet is 6 feet weather your in a car in the line or outside! I asked the fellow checking me in today to please step away from my car twice because he was right at my window! I then call to inform a supervisor about this and I am not apologized to but to there is nothing they can do and that they have been told this is what they are Supposed to do. They will spread this disease!

Ok, if you are in a pinch. Other wise everything is way overpriced and can be found for half the price elsewhere or online.
I ordered a w/d set paid on Sept 4th. I was given a Sept 5th delivery. it was cancelled with no warning or reason. after over 2 hours on hold mysteriously I was given a Sept 6th appt. then just 2 hours later I was given a Sept 9tg appt. talked to the manager he refuses to cancel my order says to call 1-888-BESTBUY. the same number I waited over 2 hours on this morning with no response. called again they are claiming they will call back in 45 minutes because they have a higher than expected volume if calls. Best buy mobile service guys aren't good. They r not helpful. Even they don't try to help customers.
Will never buy anything from Best Buy again. They have rescheduled the delivery of my dishwasher 3 times now and I was on hold for over an hour on the phone. Had to go in in person and they took a WHOLE $40 off my order. I still don't have my dishwasher and I've talked to more people and have been transferred more times than with any other company I've dealt with in my life.
The Geek Squad at this store is less than helpful and down right hostile. They do nothing but blame the customer or say they have to send it out. Completely unrealizable and their new “ we cover any electronic in your home’ program is a complete joke!
