I have been dealing with bestbuy zone reward issues since October 2015. I have purchased over $300 and my reward card has been compromised with someone being able to add there name to my reward acct. The person opened a credit card and has purchased and receiving payment certificates. I have called corporate office 100's, sent certified mail and still today called and not one cares to fix issue and bring acct to date payout reward to righful owner. Geek squad is useless... Took my tv in cause I'm having issues turning it on after I turn it off, the "geek" somehow got it to turn on, and all he said was he can do is reset it back to factory. Why the hell did I buy the insurance through best buy if they won't actually do anything. Still have the same issues and there's nothing I can do?? Seems to be a huge scam, guess I will buy my next tv from Target who has an actual insurance plan for TVs.
