I continuously struggle to find someone to help in areas other than TV’s or big ticket items; when I track someone down (as nobody recognizes a customer in distress as they are too busy chatting), I get a very matter of fact “whatever” kind of attitude with no REAL “let me help you or find out whatever I don’t know” help. I hate to say it but it’s really terrible customer service. Like someone else said, INTERACT with customers, otherwise, they will just buy on line and very possibly, not from Best Buy!!

I bought an Amazon Fire 10 on Dec 8th for full price. It went on sell last week for 30 dollars off, went in to get the difference today, wanted a refunded or store credit and they said the would not match because that was last week and not this week. Store refused to give the difference back. Wow big mistake on there part as I used to speed good money there. Best Buy make this right or you lose my business for good.

Had the worst experience at your oro valley store in tucson az. I was treated very poorly by asst managers who should be more customer service oriented. I would appreciate it if someone reached out to me so that i can let them know the way they treat their paying customers.

Had an issue with my smart phone; an alert customer service agent directed me to the correct perso (saving lots of wait time), and he identified and corrected the issue quickly.
