I can't complain too very much as I am a tech nerd so the place is better than Disney World to me. However, some things are way over priced especially if you shop online and have Amazon a tap away.
Customer service is piss poor. Took four sales associates and two managers over 90 minutes to schedule an install. After taking my information four times and setting three separate appointments I have nothing other than a wasted hour and a half. If I didn't have a gift card from Christmas I'd be out the door. No one here knows how to operate the POS. Not even the manager. The manager on duty had the nastiest, most disrespectful attitude (Kim Martinez) to be exact!!! She did not exhibit professionalism and she was in fact so rude that I asked for a full refund on the items I had purchased! The geek squad displayed professionalism and also the employees at the store pick up counter.
Weekend before Christmas and two registers open. Fail.
The employees was so helpful... They answered all my questions. Helped me out with everything.
