I just went to this store to purchase a car stereo and stood in the car stereo section for about 20 minutes and no one ever came to assist us. I will go somewhere else.
Beware of purchasing fake warranties! Was told I was purchasing a full replacement warranty on my Lenova YOGA laptop, when it broke the warranty was for software not hardware. They wanted to charge me to send my laptop to Kentucky to be looked at

Bought a JAM speaker assymbley from this location in February, attempted to return the once used item and was told I couldn't because of the 14 day return policy, all I wanted was to spend an addition $200 with your business for my wife an Apple Watch and still was refused a in store credit. Apparently this company hates money and my business. Manager Mike thanks for absolutely nothing, and hour of wasted life dealing with this establishment.
Been trying to get in contact with someone to get my computer that has been missing for months now and NO ONE EVER CALLS BACK. Managers are terrible and horrid customer service at this location!!!
Customer service is absolute trash. I was inquiring about buying a home and the salesman was not only too pushy, but downright rude. He even sassed me and my father. Don't go here to get a phone. I miss RadioShack.
I had bought a tablet and purchased a warranty the tablet was garbage slow and freezing. I put the receipt in the box I bought the tablet in inside my closet. I go to customer service to exchange not return I wanted to pay the difference for a more expensive tablet. The tall dark man always at customer service told me I was a liar and I needed to go home and get the right receipt for this tablet.
