While I understand the pandemic we are in phase 2. Walmart, Sam's 3, Costco,Casinos and other places are open. Yet, Best Buy wont let you in the store unless you call for an appointment, but I let the phone ring for 10 minutes to make an appointment and they never picked up. Not to mention, when I took my 77 tear old mom who is a disabled veteran up there so she could compare and ask questions on a product, they made us and ev6else including 4 or 5 other elderly people stand outside in over 90 degree heat for over 10 minutes... read more

BEST BUY is the worst company that I’ve ever dealt with in my 60 years of living!!! DO NOT PURCHASE from them for ANY reason. If you want to know why, contact me and I will be more than happy to explain the inadequate irresponsible uncaring service I have received for a purchase that has had 9 delivery attempts to get it right, has still failed and refused to refund!!!!!! A cashier, black lady, dyed blonde hair, on Black Friday between 2-3 pm was rude. She accused me of cutting lines to check out (only 4 customers were in line), which never crossed my mind of doing that. She yelled at me and my son, “You don’t cut lines!” To my surprised and it boils my blood, I yelled her back, “I was not cutting lines in fact, I was looking the end line so I could check out.” Also, when she finished her customer, she walked away when she saw me I was her next person to check out. Y'all are awful. I ordered something online and it won't be available until 2 weeks from now. This wasn't clear. When I call the store it just hangs up on me. Once I find out how to return this, I am never shopping with you guys again. Worst customer service is not even allowing someone to be serviced!
