Was promised a $90 price match by 3 Best Buy employees on the phone for a recent Samsung computer monitor purchase...I get to the store and told no price match for you. Asst. manager made no effort to resolve and the store's manager Gema is only there once a week. I understand why retail is dying....these people tell you anything to get the money...don't waste your money at this location.
The worst Best Buy !!!people very nasty most of them incompetent!!!and customer service is really out of control!!don't even talk about the manager who should be fired on the spot!!
