I just left an empty store and had to wait about 10 minutes for service. I took my business dollars to Kohls!
this is the worst store to deal with very poor customer service but i guess it is a blessing in disguise i didn't give them over $900 they lie to you and cause you problems i wouldn't go here again i wish i could give less than one star
This is the worst store. I was in the store this Sunday 1/21/18 for over 35 min and no one acknowledged me once. I tried to stop someone and they kept walking right by me. I was already to purchase a Apple Watch but walked out empty handed. I also heard someone as for help and the employee said they were to busy to help. Very poor service. I️ walked in looking to buy a TV. Couldn’t find the one in the add. I️ walk up to a girl employee and a man who I️ would assume is a manager since he was in a black shirt and older. The guy tells me the area the TV should be. I️ walk over and still can’t find it. Very poor sales service and the only reason why I gave a 2 star is because of the two customer service reps from both stores Margate and Coral Springs who were both attentive and understanding because the poor service from the start. I could go on and on about the poor sales service at this store but I'll have to explain my entire experience. I'll just say that I made up my mind to never purchase from here again. Can't stand being on the phone for 30 minutes just to get info in the store!!
I bought a "floor model refrigerator" which didn't cool properly. I arranged for a pickup of the fridge which didn't happen after a 4 hour wait because the POS transaction wasn't done properly. Had to go to the store to arrange for another pick up, after a long hold and final disconnect. Fridge got picked up on 09/01, on 09/03 I went to the store to inquire about refund. Was told it would be done automatically. Today is 09/12 and still no refund. Seems like there all these procedures in place but no follow up if everything i... read more
