One hour pick up? Yeah except it’s already been 5 and I have no idea when it will actually be ready. Chat says it delayed and the store doesn’t answer the phone at all. What a waste. 🙄

I’ve been coming to this location for several years. It used to be my favorite Best Buy location, until I found out how inconsiderate and unprofessional the manager Daniel is. From a customer perspective, I don’t believe the manager is capable of the duty given to him. I wish the notification for my item informed me that the location was closed before I showed up. I have been on hold for over 30 minutes one time, over 25 minutes the second time and called the 888-237-8289 and they could not help. Is there any way to contact the store, or do they not care about selling and customer service? I am looking to spend over 1000.00 and no one is interested. Is there anyone that cares about a sale and can help?
I bought a TV oh, it was delivered broken, they will not refund my money or give me a new TV. Worst company ever.
