I have been trying to get some customer service online and it is impossible, they want you to call, I dont wanna call. its 2019, you used to be able to chat with customer service online. instead of improving as a company they have downgraded back to the proverbial stone age when it comes to customer service.

I had Sirius radio and a back up camera installed in my jeep. When I got it back, the tailgate wouldn't close. Brought it back and they were clueless. My husband had to fix the door latch because they didn't tighten it back up. Now, I discover, that my back up lights are on ALL the time when I turn on the headlights. Seriously, Best Buy, you need to get your crew more training!

I can see why anyone would want to switch to online buying. Either you get completely bombarded with sales reps or never see a single soul. Or waiting in A line for ages waiting on someone to get to a register, then soon as they do the cashier decides to have a conversation with the customer over their technical issues... Or to get the cashier who hates everyone and refuses to bag your stuff on a rainy day. Used to like this place... what happened Best Buy...

Went in to return an item purchased 1/1/18 never taken out of the box, we wound up not needing. Sales associate told my husband that store policy was 15 days for returns. He asked to speak with the manager, pointed out it hadn't been opened, that the 15-day policy wasn't even printed on the receipt. The manager said he wanted to stay true to the policy so they would only give him a gift card. After that gift card is spent, we will never step foot in Best Buy again. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Terrible experience with Best Buy. Ordered washer and dryer for delivery. not only did they miss my delivery I had wait 2 days after that for a set delivery between 8am-12 didn’t show up until 6pm. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They do not care about wasting your time and trying to get ahold of someone that isn’t gonna lie and waste even more of your time in the phone is impossible. NEVER SHOPPING WITH BEST BUY AGAIN!!!!
