Best Buy practices manipulative marketing,business practices. Here’s why. On at least 2 occasions the Best Buy website showed an item was available at a specific store. “1 in stock at your store” for store pickup is their favorite hook. This is downright manipulative. There never,ever is 1 in stock.EVER. This should be unlawful. And here’s the kicker. Best Buy is a good company. Except this store, the Bradley, IL store is garbage. 19 phone calls later and they still haven't answered their phone. Too busy chasing after people in the store to make sure they have a mask on, never ask why you're not wearing one, just scream and yell, put on a mask or get out, also be sure to come in my 6' bubble to scream and yell some more. what a joke of a store...... 30 employees and maybe 5 customers..... wow I guess, maybe they can run the rest of their customers out of the store as well... read more
They should probably listen to what the customer says before completing a transaction. Got a gift and had to return it and instead of asking if I want cash or a gift card they returned it to the persons debit card who purchased the gift for me. Then couldn’t go back and change it.
I just had the worst experience. Besides not being able to take care of my Apple needs one of the Geek Squad employees as well as one of the store managers felt the need to be extremely difficult by instead of doing their jobs pretending to be Mask Police, even while there was a 6ft plastic divider between us and my mask was on just not over my nose. I’ll be calling corporate tomorrow because they basically told me they would refuse to do their job if my mask didn’t cover my nose. They need to spend more time doing what they... read more

Very nice of a place inside there I went there Year to see if they had what I needed and sure Enough they did And I got what I needed and went from there I use to come to any Best Buy and play videos games for the heck of it there with my Uncle Son until we decide to leave and then went back to my place and still kept on Playing video games all night Long that Night but this place is a very nice inside it and I'm very impressed with the way it looks like still even too
