RecommendedGood customer service and convenient. My only complaints are sometimes Best Buy have more newer releases and not too much of the old stuff. The Best Buy in Tenleytown has more variety than the Best Buy in Columbia Heights. Can the Best Buy workers answer the phone more often please?

This is by far the most incompetent, understaffed, lying, customer service unfriendly, knowledge lacking, laziest, Un motivated, customer avoidance staff I’ve ever experienced from any Best Buy, or any department store for that matter. Just to let the owners of Best Buy know I called your customer service department today and they lied and said I couldn’t exchange a gift I received without a receipt. Then once I asked for a supervisor they hung up the phone and now I am calling they must have blocked my number because the line automatically goes dead. Extremely unprofessional. I’ll never spend my money here again thank you ....

Best Buy warning! Be forewarned about buying Samsung products from Best Buy. I bought a 55 inch SUHD television from the Columbia Heights location and in less than three days the television tube is ruined. Crazy vertical lines all across the television. Best Buy customer service sucks – first off the sales team push you to buy a television too large for your room and when you demand they take back the defective television they sold you – Best Buy wants to charge you more for a smaller television than the lemon they sold you.... read more
