I'll never purchase another item from Best Buy. Their 15 day return policy is ridiculous. I bought a Fit Bit for $190 on 6-1-17 and it is defective 6-26-17. Would of loved to just get another, but all I get is"corporate policy is 15 days, should of got extended warranty".
They went above and beyond to help me and my wife. And they even checked online for price matches. Will definitely be going back.
The techs did a great job. Highly recommend then to anyone needing to have stereo equipment/speakers installed
Complete mishandling of tickets for Nintendo NES system this morning. Customer service must be last priority if you handed out tickets at 4AM & allowed a new line to form at 6AM. Why put up a sign at 7:15AM when all the tickets were handed out at 4AM?? I'm happy for those that braved the Michigan weather earlier but no manager I have ever worked under in retail would have allowed such a lapse in judgement in care of customers waiting to spend hard earned money in our store.
8 weeks, and many phone calls to get microwaved delivered. Was supose to be installed but they brought it and left it. Horrible customer service DO NOT SHOP HERE.
