Today Jonathan made the transition to my new phone quick and easy. He was able to walk me through everything I needed to know about choosing a phone, and what deals were available to get me the best savings. Had the same experience when we bought my son the Nintendo switch for Christmas, and were clueless about what all we’d need to get started. We shop here for most of our electronic and appliance needs. The employees are always knowledgeable, helpful, and super friendly.
Bought a computer for our son for his birthday. When we got home and he excitedly opened it to find it didn't come with the power supply cord. Called the store for help, they won't do anything but give us a 800 number that we sat on hold with for hours. All were getting is a run around and no help. Extremely disappointed with best buy as a company!!!! Horrible customer service!!!!! And very unhappy son.... Will NEVER shop with them again!!! And I strongly urge any looking to buy from Best Buy to go elsewhere!!!!!

I told the workers I wanted a radio and remote car starter put in. The total 400.00 but I still was ready. For whatever reason I was only charged for radio. Not sure why and was not told but I figured I would pay at time if install. I made a week later appointment (and was called twice ) he asked me to bring it in 3 hours earlier so I did. Over 4 ours later he said he would Maybe have time for radio and Did not have a starter even tho it's written on my receipt and I spoke with him twice.
