Went yesterday to have iPhone 7s battery. Geek squad lady told me that I needed to upgrade to newer phone because the tabs will break off while trying to remove the battery and that would be $349.00 . Reading reviews from other stores not 1 person mentioned this. Yes I am a senior, but I’m not stupid. Sorry will never walk into a Best Buy again
My mom is a senior who lives in chesterfield. She is very compromised and can’t shop due to COVID. I bought her a dvd because she thought hers was broken. It was a cord. Took the unopened dvd back 15 days later and Amber Carrier would not give her her money back. Absolutely not. Mike, her boss is on vacation. So with COVID and a senior on a limited income she is out all that money. Very rude.

Customer service is the worst. I’ll be shopping amazon from now on. Over 3 weeks to repair a sound bar I had for two weeks. No one can seem to tell me when I can expect it back?

Ordered a keyboard online for my iPad, it didn’t work. So I went to the store to exchange it with my 2 kids. Kayla was doing her best to help me, but she had to go to the Apple area and Amanda helped me out with choosing a new one. Kayla checked in on me while I was there helped me with me kids and took them to the coloring area, amazing! Well, I got a new one, went go to home and tried the new one, that one didn’t work.
