I've always had good luck with this store - until today. We were scheduled for a delivery of a stove from 8-12. After getting no answers from both the corporate office (who is useless) and the store (who's manager won't even come to the phone), we're supposedly the LAST delivery. A FAR cry from 8-12 when someone's been waiting at home since 8AM this morning. This will be the last purchase I make at Best Buy. Horrible customer service, horrible customer relations. We bought a sony receiver at this store that was told to us to be a return that was fully checked over. After having it installed to our tv by a knowledgeable person to home theaters, and a long chat online with Sony tech, it was found to be defective, by all tests done. We returned the unit, and told the manager there the situation, and that we drove over 20 miles each way there, plus paying for installation, time spent with tech support, and going thru all we did, we should get some kind of compensation, which they absolut... read more
I've been trying to call the store for 20 minutes and keep getting some hub. They can't get a hold of the store and the guy told me I can't keep tying up the line and hung up on me! Now they won't even answer my call. I can't believe I call the store and don't even get the store.
Best Buy isn't standing by their product (i.e. Insignia tv). Bought a smart tv, screen went blank at 40 days, and they won't replace/return it. Geek squad can't figure it out so they are shipping it out to get fixed. Kicker is that it will take 30 days so no tv. BUT we didn't buy the protection plan - sorry, not sorry. Didn't think your tv would break within 60 days. Next time we'll be going to a different box store with better return policy/customer service.
I must say found all the stuff I needed today... You guys are the bees knees!
My family loves this Best Buy we have purchased many appliances from there as well as many televisions and gaming consoles. Its always our first stop for anything along those lines we are looking for. Its great having a store like theirs so close. Keep up the good job and we will be back.
