Ordered and paid for a house full of appliances in August. Still waiting on the refrigerator and no one there can tell us when or if we will get it. Don't buy appliances at Best Buy!!!!!
You have lost a customer for life. Enforcing a mask policy is fine. Selective enforcement is not. I was in your store 2 times in the last 2 weeks with no mask due to my medical exemption. No issue until today. When one of your Brown Shirts came up and demanded I wear a muzzle or leave the store. Good bye Best Buy your overpriced junk isn't worth the asthma attack.
they have discontinued PC's on display with none in stock. maybe start the conversation with that instead of wasting my time telling me about things you dont have

they need to know more information about there tvs! i have a 55 inch sharp that the screen cracked and the tech support is telling me my stupid warranty does nothing and that the screen isnt reparable. the sales rep that sold me the tv told me it was a great tv and easy to repair !!! wow very disappointing that im gonna have to buy another tv with more money spent at this store even though i have bought a warranty!!!1

Hands down best store location, not only do they go above and beyond to help you but have wonderful customer service! We keep returning year after year for all our family needs. Today we purchased our daughters MacBook Air for college next week!
Just had the best and easiest experience with purchasing a new laptop at this location. The sales person was extremely knowledgeable, honest and clear with his descriptions of the features of each machine. Thanks again!
