Can’t even get a code from them for my PlayStation plus and either the people at corporate are way to close to the mic or Indian and I’ve been put thru to 6 different people and all couldn’t help me
Waited forever in tv section . One person working didn’t even acknowledge us . Was going to dump 1000+ on tv and stand . This isn’t rocket science. Going elsewhere

I have been sitting on hold for 20 min waiting to talk to a manager , i tried calling the 18882378289 and it says its not taking calls at this time. Bottom line im pretty sure the cashier stole my debit info and charged a ton of purchase on my account because theres purchases on there I didnt do. Trying to get to the bottom of this and cant even get a human on the phone.

The staff is not knowledge on the items you sell. They are lazy and will say anything to close the sale. Appliance department is the worst on knowledge and they ring your sale up and then tell you its on backorder. When they should tell you that before you purchase the product. the manager seems to be too busy sitting in an office then on sales floor helping his staff learn the products. I will never shop at the Valpo store again.
Purchased a new iPad and the sales associate recommended a particular OtterBox case to match. Gifted iPad and case to my daughter for a special occasion only to realize the case they sold us does not line up with the volume buttons on the iPad. Went back to Best Buy to return or exchange the case and they refused to accept it because the case was purchased more than 15 days ago but less than 30. Are you kidding me?
