is there a reason why you even have a phone? no one ever answers. I've been on the phone for 15 minutes waiting to be connected to somebody. third time in a row now. you guys suck
I was trying to purchase a laptop from the Black Friday ad. I chatted with 2 on the website that said it would be available online Thursday at 10 PM even tho it is a Friday doorbuster. They both promised me they were sure. So I stayed up late to purchase it and it is not available. I even drove to the store to check it out and asked a sales rep in the store about it and was also told it would be online. I took pictures of the chats to prove this.. Best buy will no longer get any of my business. Period

Went shopping for a tv this morning for Black Friday. Ticket hand outs were organized and staff was helpful. TV pick up was so easy. We came out expecting a madhouse and were pleasantly surprised. Way to go Best Buy!
Came in today to buy nearly $600 in merchandise. While checking out, I was trying to find a sku number for a bundle item. The sales guy at the opposite register was rudely pushing the sales girl who was checking me out to suspend my transaction and make me get back in line instead of having any ounce of patience. Mind you, there was only one other person in line and another check out lane open. It was absolutely ridiculous.
Came in yesterday to look at laptops I was greeted at the door, that was nice, I walk five more feet, I’m asked if I need help I say no thank you we are just looking, five more feet another person asked do you need help no thank you just looking, get to electronics And another person asked do you I need help no thank you I’m not even kidding someone walks up right behind and asked me again, I understand that customer service is important ,but when you’re harassing the customer and they can’t even walk 5 feet without feeling ... read more
Horrible customer service! I bought a projector and was told there woukd be no problem returning it within 14 days if I needed to and then I return it only to get a $75 restocking fee I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN!!
