If you don't know what you need and need some help with a product don't expect any help from the unfriendly staff at this Best Buy. Not a good place for senior citizens.
Can't ever reach them on the phone. Wouldn't honor agreement for rebate. Not willing to work with me at all. I called the 800 number and I was on hold 3 different times. Without any help to my issues. Sorry customer service. With no desire to really assist you

This location needs to learn how to answer a phone. I have never been able to get in touch with them. Call the other location and they answer almost immediately but not ONE time has this store picked up a phone.
No urgency! Trying to upgrade phones told the associate what we wanted and he left we assumed to get the phones and 15 minutes later he had not returned. Told a guy in a yellow shirt and he advised that the guy was with a customer I am assuming that was us but we were not told where he was going and we had already waited a while just to talk to someone. We were not greeted at all until we set down to start the process. Not a single person seemed concerned that we were upset and leaving. Will not be back to this location!
Get there at 5 am in below freezing weather to wait on tickets for the NES system. Number 19 in line. 6am: manager does head count, number 28 in line. 7am: manager comes out the door. Suddenly I'm number 40 in line and they only had 30 systems. You know I get the first come first served nonsense but where the hell was that motto with those other 20 fuckers that jumped line ahead of me??? No barrier system, no guard. Had an appointment set up 3 days in advance for a battery replacement.. to drive all the way out there to find out that they did have any batteries in stock.. I understand people walk in for a repair, but I had an appointment and should have had a battery on the side or got a call letting me know that they didn't have any, so I didn't have to drive all that way and waste my gas..
