Loved i will go back
Best Buy and by extension Geek squad has had my daughter's lap top a month. the only problem was the hindges needed repair. It was supposed to be back on the August 8th. They can't find it and are giving us the run around. She has now gone back to her senior year in college with out her lap top. They keep telling me they are looking bu can give me no resolution.
If Best Buy has no intention of honoring their protection plans on their products, they should just be honest about it and not sell them. It’s likely that there’s a Wal-Mart close to your home that will be happy to sell you electronics with little or no customer support and provide a similar level of non-service to what I had to drive all the way across town for, and possibly even at a lesser price. I’ve spent my last dollar at Best Buy.
Yea I made a pretty huge purchase, 2 Sony 55' TVs, sound bars and wall mounts instead of them sending out Geek Squad to install they sent out a 3rd party and 1 of the TVs was damaged while installing so now best buy doesn't want to stand behind it and putting it off on the 3rd party they hired to install ughhh this been going on since last Friday
DO NOT Buy anything from this store. We bought a large screen tv. Got home and took it out of the box and found that it had an imperfection on the screen. Took it back, thinking it would be so easy... they would exchange it for a undamaged one. Because it had some finger prints on the screen where we had handled it, trying to get it back up there, they refused to take it back saying we damaged it. Can't find our computer they sent off for repair and told us it was there
My Klipsch RP 280f's have been on back order since June 29th and they will not answer the phone at Best Buy Flowood,MS. I should have ordered from Crutchfield.
