This place is a joke. Asked for help 3 times and nothing.
The Flowood store in Mississippi is HANDS DOWN THE WORST STORE EVER! And I mean EVER. Walmart has better employees than this store. You can’t even order curbside to AVOID the employees which is only suppose to take an hr to get your order ready for you and out to your car. I waited WAY OVER AN HOUR, forcing me to have to go INTO the store only to find out that no one had even begun to fill the order. Store was not busy at all. What a dump. I was a big fan of Best Buy - especially this location - for many years. However in the last two years is has gone down the crapper. Messy, unorganized, dirty, and always out of everything. No, I do not want to order my computer or TV and have it shipped here... if i wanted that i would go to Amazon. They are cheaper and quicker anyway. Sadly the last straw was the new "manager" (July 2020) who is rude, uneducated and thoroughly incompetent. Thumbs down, will never return.
Went yesterday. No one acknowledged me when I walked it. It was very confusing. Someone sitting there but never said a word. I didn’t know I had to be put in a queue. Went to back. At least 5 employees standing around. Finally went up to one and asked for help. Had to be in queue. When I walked back up, I started to talk to person up front that never welcomed me. She said huh. RecommendedI’ve used their curbside service 3 times and it has been wonderful! I even had to return something and they had me in and out in less than 5 min. Super impressed! 5/5 stars

I ordered online for store pickup . They took the money out of my account. Drove 100 miles to be told they sold out at all locations and will not refund my money for a few days but I can buy another brand today ! So I pay for 2 today .so they cut into my Christmas money .
Who doesn’t like BestBuy? I have to remind myself I don’t need things.
Found the merchandise I needed after walking around in the store for quite some time. There were no customer service employees to ask where the item was. Had questions, but every customer service person I could see was gathered in small groups with other customer service employees in the outermost areas of the store, chatting and laughing. Several had backs turned. I did make a purchase; the lady at the register was nice. No eye contact, but at least she acted like customers are worthy of at least some assistance.
