I had 3 stereo install in this location and they are really good. N i like the way the guys does his job and he is clean and helpful

How stupid that you can't call Best Buy in holland. Everything is through a "call center" now and they literally CANNOT transfer you to the store for any reason. If you want to speak to anyone there, then prep for the 5 Degree weather/blizzard, get in your car and drive down there. Or, call their competitors. Yup. That's what I'll do. ABC Warehouse will take my calls and answer my question. Good job Best Buy. You just lost my business.

Recently I pre ordered nba2k17 legend gold edition that was to be released 9/16, I went to the store on 9/16 only to find out the game is on backorder... no information on when it will come in. I pre ordered this game with the intent of getting it 4 days earlier than public release and also for added bonuses. What is best buy going to do to make this right?

Mispriced item on the shelf, refused to honor the price. It wasn't just the one I grabbed either, all of that same Item [unraveled] were marked as 15. Its federal law that you must honor the tag. Never coming back to this store, have never had a good experience there.
