I get a solicitation e - mail last night at 7:22 p.m. from best buy telling me I have items in my cart. I log in and start the buying process, the laptop is $1799.99 with other purchases not included, it makes me log my password in again and the computer price goes to $1999.99 ( today it's $1949.99 ) I have 3 years AppleCare for $379.00 and 3 years Geek Squad for $349.99 and a remote mouse for $19.99 for a total of $2838.17. Bought a new radio...paid to have it installed. They forgot to add all the labor charges and would have to special order parts and they tell us this after we waited around for 2 hours for our installation appointment. I LOVE the service I received. You programmed the replacement remote for my car starter that BEST Buy probably did not install. We don't even know who installed it (the after market came with our used car). You guys went out of your way to help me find the replacement online. I ordered it and brought it to you and you guys programmed it for $25.00. Thank you!! Excellent Service.
How do I actually talk to a person on the phone since none of the helpful webite/automated crap will tell me what I need to know and no one will pick up the phone??????
