I personally always get awesome service. Couple things in radio/sound system that have been the same exact price for 3 years (100% serious) but otherwise, one of my favorite stores!
Went to the apple section because I had a question. Waited 15-20 minutes plenty of employees passed me not one asked if I needed help. It wasn't until I was leaving and saw no one at Geek Squad that got my question answered. The guy was very nice and personable. Micah was his name. Best Buy needs more employees like him and less of the lazy 0 customer service ones they have. I work retail so I know what customer service looks like and Best Buy West Lebanon has very little of it.
