GO SOMEWHERE ANYWHERE ELSE On April 8th my husband and I went to Best Buy and bought a very expensive stackable washer and dryer. We bought the expensive one because it was in stock and stackable and we were desperate to have a machine again (old one broke). I just went in to see about upgrading from my IPhone 6S plus to a Samsung 8. The guy did a good job of talking me out of it or buying any phone again from this store! He gave me no compelling reason to stay with this phone. This is not the first time I have dealt with this negative salesperson Parlen.
Recently they decided to save money by shutting down check out. All purchases are now routed to Geek Squad. Been there 3 times in the past couple of months to buy small items like batteries and have walked out because 1 person is working customer service and they are always troubleshooting electronics. What kind of store doesn't have check out?
Love it there they have so much to choose from and excellent staff they are very helpful 👍
