Went to have a product fixed and an employee there decided to take pictures of my friend. I find it so unprofessional and will not be shopping at the Best Buy again.
Terrible customer service!! Ship items to your home or drive to Prattville.
When I come in and spend $800.00 I expect half way decent customer service. They sold me a product that didn't work and then tell me there is nothing they can do about it. The manager Anthony was horrible. No help at all. All I wanted to do was switch it for something else and pay the difference but there was nothing they could do. Don't sell me a product that doesn't work. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I will never do business with them again and I hope anyone who reads this does ... read more
