I bought a computer afew days ago returned it for a refund to slow-paid cash and was given a store credit.They wont give me all the money.I dont want another computer from them just my full refund.I am contacting the federal trade commision and the consumer financial protection agency and file a complaint.They basically are keeping my money and forcing me to use a store credit.
RecommendedI had a good experience there! They were busy, short staffed, but a supervisor helped me till she could get someone with more knowledge to help! I got the TV, I like it!
Worst experience in a Best Buy we have ever had.
Extremely poor customer service. Not sure why it takes an hour+ to get hold of an employee by phone on a Monday morning.
Won’t be back, purchased a Mac computer and it went on sale right after. They refused to honor the price. I won’t be back, I have spent over $1,400 in two months at this store. You have definitely lost a customer.
Poor customer service, and a really defective product they won't replace. My wife bought me one of their "Platinum" black backpacks for $70. It was a gift for me, and we lost the receipt. Within a couple of weeks under just normal usage, the whole seam under the laptop compartment ripped out. Brought it back to exchange, but they wouldn't. The clerk who sold it to us didn't input our phone number, so they don't have an electronic record either. So I'm stuck with a defective product. Should have gone to Wal-Mart.
