Bought a 75 inch TV & got it home to find out it was cracked! Called the store and the store manager would not hold the replacement TV for us, due to “if someone else wants to buy the TV before yall then it’s theirs.” LITERALLY WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER PENNY AT BEST BUY!
You can’t get anyone to answer the phone! They have had a chrome book for repair for 2 months now and I can’t find out the status. Very frustrating!
Walked into the store this morning, six employees all standing at the front but no one who even ask to help us. So when we asked for help just to buy an UNLOCKED IPhone...no carrier service needed...we were told we needed an appointment for that because they were so busy. There we’re literally 3 customers in the store at this time including us!!!!!! Bad business, that’s twice in 2 weeks I took my business to simply Mac...Walked right in and got what I needed. That’s a little over $2k they lost from just me. Very sad
I will not be spending my money at this store ever again. went there to buy a game that was on sale. the correct sale price was on the shelf by the game. they called me a liar and made me walk back to the games and demanded I take a picture to prove it. after doing so, they still refused to adjust the price to the displayed sale price. wasted about 45 minutes of my time and made me look like I was being unreasonable to all the people waiting in line. save your time and money and use Amazon to begin with.
Terrible customer service at the Eastchase location in Montgomery! Nation wide customer service not much better.
called the Montgomery AL location 5 times , went through all the options to only get hung up on every time 😡 someone needs some serious training on how to answer the phone! good thing it DIDN'T get me to the three question survey!!!
Can not get anyone to answer the phone. You have to make an appointment with geek squad for cell phone protection replacement plans. You cant make an appointment because no one answer the phone. It maybe Christmas time but this is ridiculous. I have been trying for weeks.
One person in Geek Squad. No appt so no help
If you need the Geek squad, call and make appointment other wise you will stand there forever. They need to hire more people.
