I had a backup camera installed on my Jeep. James did the install on the Hanley Road store in Brentwood , MO. He was concerned that the spare tire hanging on the back of the car might block the camera's view. He made sure I would be happy with the installation before he ever began the process. WAY over and above what you might expect these days. The tire only blocked a very minor portion of the viewing area and he did a great job installing it. Very happy with the experience. Time consuming finally getting my computer installed after they finally had to get it on the internet but glad I got it back earlier than they stated.
I really love this store and the new look is very professional with Samsung, Apple, Sony, Canon and Nikon, AT&T and Verizon with their own departments and company trained representatives the service is excellent.
Really nice people. I buy electronics from here often enough and the staff is so helpful
