Steve in the installation bay is AMAZING! We had some issues with the parts being ordered and couldn’t do our install on the scheduled day. He got us in before our daughter had to go back to school!! So nice and professional.

Shout out to Cory for superior customer service. Thank you so much for going the extra mile to help me get my TV even though you guys were slammed with picks still needing to be done, I truly appreciate all of the help. 10/10 for customer service! Our associate, Mervin, was so helpful and knowledgeable! He was very patient and answered all of our questions completely. He had great energy and a wonderful attitude.. (even shopping 1 hour before closing time on a Sunday!) Thanks for such an easy “big-purchase” buying experience!

It’s almost 3 1/2 hours after our installation was supposed to be here and have escalated the issue but still over an hour without an update. Ridiculously poor customer service

My delivery window was 8 AM - 11 AM. It's now 3:53 PM. After 30 minutes on hold, I finally get someone to contact a technican who tells me that they've hit some traffic and have had issues at other houses & will be here at THEIR earliest convenience. A proactive call as late as noon could have diffused this situation, but 5 hours late deserves a bit more than "we'll be there at our earliest convenience".

I’ve been here 15 minutes no one has asked me anything! No wonder retail stores are dying off. Lots of Best Buy employees with their heads in the air. Finally I went to the appliance area where I was helped. There should be a person whose only job is to walk the selling floor to make sure things are getting done and customers are being waited on. I plan to buy 6 televisions for crying out loud!
