Absolutely the worst customer service experience ever in my life! Horrible, horrible, horrible. Their Geek Squad installer James W have a serious problem interacting with individuals that don’t share his skin pigmentation, and is need of some serious sensitivity training on how to interact with African American CONSUMERS. They will have the item in store but they will only give it to you only after 3 or 4 days. When you try to cancel the store pick up order, the website says that it's available at the store but the status will take forever(I mean more than atleast 24 hours ) to change to ready for pickup.

All 5 team members that I’ve been in contact with over the last two days were CUSTOMER SERVICE ROCKSTARS. Totally impressed. Geek squad, Sam and the other team members (sorry I missed their names) went above and beyond to make my crap situation with a crap computer less crappy. All were professional, well informed and beyond pleasant.

I have had 4 different brands of computers from Best Buy in 4 years. No discounts were offered for my trouble. None of the computers have worked without needing extensive repairs. My first computer needed the hard drive replaced multiple times. The second did not connect to the internet. The third the screen would not stop flashing and it was cheaper to buy a new one.
