We came in for a new laptop. Adolph was very knowledgeable with the laptops and answered all of our questions and concerns. He made sure we had everything we needed before we left. Great sales guy!!! Then, Geek Squad set up our new laptop and installed most programs that we use frequently, so we would have to go through the frustration of doing it. Then, at pick up, they took the time to show us how to use our new laptop!! Thank you from a not so tech savy mom :)
Briefly: Two-year-old Viper remote start started acting "funny". I was in the area, so I stopped to ask questions of the guys in the Install Bay. Within about 30 minutes they had swapped out the main control unit and made some program changes for me at no charge. Some credit goes to Viper's excellent warranty that allows the tech make the swap, but I was treated with courtesy and professionalism. Thanks, gentlemen!
I bought a 1,000 receiver 1 year and 2 months ago. Warranty expired after 1 year. The guy at service desk told me they have not had success fixing customers products. So they'll sell it to you they just don't stand behind it. Real nice guys. Last time I ever shop here.
I came in on Thanksgiving to take advantage of some of the early Black Friday deals. I was interested in purchasing a 4k monitor for my computer. The only one they had in Stock wasn't on sale and had a $400+ price tag. An employee informed me that they had a similar 4k monitor not in Stock that I could order online with them. This second monitor was only $250. They asked if I would want it shipped to my house or have it shipped to the store for pickup. Having it shipped to the store they told me would be quicker.
