Tried calling to address a recent purchase,was put on hold a total of 43 minuets from 3 separate phone calls and still did not talk to anyone.. tried calling other departments of store and put on hold for another 11 minuets.. you need a better phone set up and can you explain why each department was unavailable? Not one employee answered and the two people that put me on hold couldn’t even tell me why,so now I have to drive to location which isn’t exactly close to me�
